Thoroughly enjoyed extremely helpful staff and spacious hotel.

The location was magnificent and perfect in the downtown area. We ate in the good restaurant for dinner which was reasonably priced.

The rooms are soundproof and silent, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe. The location is very central, not far from the centre of Basel, easy walking distance to the old town, the Rhine River and other sights, the tram lines, and major attractions and shopping.

It's new-fashioned with exceptionally comfortable beds and nice views. The location is good and absolutely perfect, near bus and tram stops, and and many sightseeing spots. Old Town Grossbasel district is worth your attention.

The place was reasonably priced. Had a really really nice stay for a short business trip, everything was first-class. Its location was very central, close to Martinskirche Church. Booked a deluxe king room with a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed. The bathroom was great walk-in and included a walk-in shower, which I appreciated.

The hotel had perfect location just next door to the river and the main square, the tram stop for the station, and attractions such as the zoo. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was nice.

Characterful base for 2 nights with kind and nice staff at the reception desk. Standard room with a nice big window. Cosy atmosphere, nice restaurant for dinner...

Great location near the river and easy access to the tram service. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet-style breakfast with unlimited top-ups.

The room we stayed in was quite small, making it a little cramped for our romantic escape. Additionally, the exterior of the hotel was not very appealing.

Design, location and mini wellness club. Sauna was very good. Very friendly staff. Two LCD screens (why do we need actualy in one room?). Bathroom was just perfect!

Loudnes. It's on the blumenrain strasse where the trams are very frequently. Pillow was not so comfortable. No clock in the breakfast area so you don't know exactly if you can still eat something or you have to go. Lack of drawers and units.

No carpet. Noise from heavy feet upstairs. Mattress pad was wrinkled up under the sheet. Duvet was too thick for summer.

we had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel just outside the center of old town. The location was excellent, with many beautiful sightseeing spots of Basel nearby. The staff provided excellent customer service and even fulfilled special requests like accommodating gluten-free diets. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered convenient facilities like a fitness center and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. We would highly recommend this place to everyone seeking enhanced comfort and quality services.
